My wife for one hour was writing the message, because losing this system, I am angry that happens, and I want a personal apology from this person.

It seems that his wife has sent him (huh?) An e-mail identified as spam and ended up in the spam folder, right-click (because otherwise we would not have known that they will be treated as spam)?
Well, first open the spam folder, right-click the message and select "Not Spam" in the context menu (the third element in the background). This is the message back to your inbox and treat them like "normal" e-mail.
Then add the email address of your wife, your contacts, more news of it will be treated as spam, to prevent it.
