Is there any point to having a blood pressure home monitor? - best home blood pressure monitor
I mean, a thermometer at home is excellent advice and help, but what is with a blood pressure monitor of origin if they are healthy and no heart disease? Is it even necessary?
The time or annual physical examination and some can light up when you're not good enough?

If you are healthy and not worry about the blood pressure, do not need a monitor at home. Doctors recommend monitors at home for people who are anti-hypertension medication or other drugs that affect blood pressure, so that they can no longer be a dangerous low pressure drop. Check-ups and other doctor visits are sufficient follow-up is sufficient.
